Welcome to Pilates Princess.
1. About Us
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use ( The “User”) of the services, classes, website, and facilities offered by Pilates Princess (The “Service Provider")
By booking a class, purchasing a membership or package, or visiting our studio, you agree to these Terms - a legally binding agreement between you and Pilates Princess.

2. Eligibility
Our services are intended for individuals 18 years or older. Clients under 18 may participate only with consent from a parent or legal guardian.
By using our services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Accounts & Bookings
To access our classes, you may be required to create an account.
You agree to:
Provide accurate and up-to-date information
Keep your login details secure
Be responsible for all activity under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts that are inaccurate, duplicated, or misused.
4. Class Types
Pilates Princess offers:
Reformer Pilates
Mat Pilates
Barre classes
All classes are subject to availability and instructor scheduling.
5. Booking & Cancellation Policy
Classes must be cancelled at least 12 hours in advance
Late cancellations or missed classes will result in:
A $25 fee for members
Loss of class credit for package holders
Changing a class time within the 12-hour window is treated as a late cancellation.
6. Studio Policies
To ensure a smooth experience for all clients:
Please arrive 10 minutes before class
Late entry may not be permitted
Grip socks are required for all classes
Phones must be silenced
Follow all instructor directions for safe equipment use
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any client who disrupts the environment.
7. Memberships & Packages
All memberships and class packages are non-refundable
Minimum 4-month commitment for monthly memberships
Early cancellations may be subject to a fee
Pricing and packages may change at any time
8. Membership Freezes
Memberships may be paused for up to 30 days per year
Requests must be submitted at least 7 days in advance
Additional freezes may incur a fee unless supported by medical documentation
9. Personal Belongings
Pilates Princess is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Please keep your belongings secure at all times.
10. Health & Safety Disclaimer
By participating in our classes, you confirm that:
You are physically able to take part in exercise
You understand that Pilates and fitness activities involve physical exertion; therefore you are responsible for your own health and safety
If you have any medical conditions consult a physician before starting any program
You should consult a healthcare provider before beginning any new fitness program.
11. Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that participation in Reformer, Mat, and Barre Pilates carries inherent risks.
By attending classes, you voluntarily accept all risks of injury, illness, or physical strain and agree that Pilates Princess is not responsible for any resulting harm.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pilates Princess is not liable for:
Injuries sustained before, during or after classes
Loss or damage to personal property
Any indirect or consequential damages
All services are used at your own risk.
13. Minors
Clients under 18 must have a parent or guardian:
Provide consent
Accept these Terms on their behalf
Ensure appropriate supervision where required
14. Intellectual Property
All content associated with Pilates Princess - including branding, logos, class formats, and materials - remains our property and may not be used without permission.
15. Photography & Media
From time to time, photos or videos may be taken in the studio for marketing purposes.
By entering the studio, you consent to this use.
If you prefer not to appear, please inform our team before class.
16. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if these Terms are violated or if behaviour is deemed inappropriate.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be handled within Ontario.
18. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of any updates.
